Carry out a quality audit looking at the hotel’s fixtures and fittings from a customer perspective
• Visit the hotel and look at a selection of rooms as well as public areas
• Evaluate quality based on target market and benchmarking
• A written report with recommendations

Marketing evaluation

Carry out a review of current marketing activity and assess the impact
• A meeting to find out what current marketing activity is undertaken
• Review of online presence including on 3rd party websites and positioning of own website
• Prepare the headlines of a marketing strategy
