The quality audit that we offer is not a typical ‘inspection’ with rigid criteria and points awarded but more an objective view, some fresh eyes on your business. The purpose of the advice is to take an objective view of the type of property, taking into consideration the market that is being targeted, to ensure that the hotel is meeting and exceeding the expectations of this target market.
Our quality audits
The quality audit will focus on the quality of the décor and the fixtures and fittings as well as the overall style of the property. We will spend time looking at all areas of the hotel from the outside to the lobby, reception, bedrooms and breakfast area. In short we will cover all the public areas of the hotel.
Once we have looked at the whole hotel we will produce a detailed report outlining the areas that are good and the areas that could be improved. There will be a series of recommendations in the report that can then be used to develop and improve the quality of the hotel offer in line with changing customer expectations. This audit will help you always stay ahead of the game!
