Leadership training

t4 partnership’s Leadership training course seeks to offer something unique in the market both in terms of content and delivery. Our course is aimed at team leaders or managers in the hospitality industry. The type of staff to benefit from our Leadership training are hotel general managers, front office managers, food and beverage managers and housekeeping team leaders. The course is beneficial for new leaders and managers but can also serve as a perfect refresher for more experienced staff.
